Do you have a minimum order value?

Yes, we have a minimum order value of £7.50.

Can I make changes to my order?

If you need to make changes to your order, please use the contact form below and include your order number and the change requested.

Please note, we only accept order changes sent 24 hours before your chosen shipping date. Change requests made less than 24 hours before shipping may not be actioned and you may still be charged for your order.

Can I choose my delivery date?

We are a small batch bakery and every cookie is made to order. As such, we only offer two shipping days each week which is either a Monday or a Thursday and can be selected at checkout using the drop down calendar.

Your cookies will be delivered the following day (Tuesday or Friday) via next day delivery. Simply place your order by midday the before your selected shipping date for guaranteed delivery. Any orders received after this time may be processed the following week.

If any dates are blocked out, we may have reached maximum capacity for this day or the kitchen is closed.

Delivery & Costs

We currently deliver nationwide to mainland UK excluding Scottish Highlands. Delivery costs £4.00 to UK mainland addresses and all orders will be processed through Royal Mail next day delivery service. 

Will I be able to track my package?

You will receive emails from both Batched and Royal Mail containing a tracking link once your order has been shipped.

Do I have to be home to receive my order?

Whilst you do not need to be home to receive your order, we do recommend providing a dry, safe place for your package to be stored. We cannot be held responsible for any packages that are damaged or lost if a secure drop location is not available.

I've place an order but I didn't receive my confirmation email

If you haven't received your confirmation email, please check your spam or junk email. If you are still not able to find it, complete the contact form below with your name and email address used to place your order, and we'll get back to you with an order confirmation.

How long will my cookies last for?

Our cookies last up to 2 days in the box they arrive in, or up to 5 days in an airtight container. Alternatively, they can be frozen for up to 3 months in an airtight container. Care and storage instructions will be provided with each order.

What is the best way to store my cookies?

Our cookies are best enjoyed at room temperature, so should be stored in an airtight container in a cool place, out of direct sunlight.

Cookie allergens

We make all our products in an environment where nuts, pecans, hazlenuts, macadamia nuts, almonds peanuts, eggs, milk, soya and gluten are present. For this reason, we cannot guarantee they are free from traces of these allergens. Our cookies may contain milk, eggs, soya, wheat (gluten), and nuts.

Are there any gluten free options?

At this time, we do not offer gluten free options and all of our products contain Wheat (gluten).

Are your cookies suitable for vegans?

We do have a selection of vegan cookies available. These products are clearly labelled as 'Vegan' on our website. If you have any questions about the ingredients we use in our vegan cookies, drop us an email!

Do your products contain nuts?

Whilst not all of cookies contain nuts, our cookies are made in a kitchen that handles nuts including pecans, hazlenuts, macadamia nuts, almonds and peanuts.

Whilst every attempt is made to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that products will not contain traces of these.

I need to cancel my order

We are a small batch bakery, so we ask that any order cancellations are made at least 24 hours before your chosen shipping date.

Order cancellations received less than 24 hours before your chosen shipping date may not be accepted, and you may still be charged for your order.

There is an issue with my order

If there is an problem with your order, we'd be more than happy to help resolve your issue. Please drop us an email on batchedcookies@gmail.com with a photo of the products and your order number within 24 hours of delivery. We review all complaints and a refund may be offered at our discretion.

My cookies arrived damaged

Whilst we make every attempt to ensure your cookies arrive in the same condition that they left the kitchen, we are aware that damages can happen during delivery. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the cookies, please drop us an email on batchedcookies@gmail.com with a photo of the products and your order number within 24 hours of receiving your delivery, and we will do what we can to resolve the issue.
